By accessing or using ShowMaker Studio you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. ShowMaker Studio is operated by Asset Foundry, Inc.
2. The Service
ShowMaker Studio provides AI-powered tools to create short films and videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using the platform. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use ShowMaker Studio to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Third-Party Platforms
When you publish content to Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms through ShowMaker Studio, you remain responsible for complying with those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines.
6. Credits and Billing
Access to AI generation features requires purchasing credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription and credit pricing is displayed at checkout and may change with advance notice.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Foundry, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
