Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShowMaker Studio you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. ShowMaker Studio is operated by Asset Foundry, Inc.

ShowMaker Studio provides AI-powered tools to create short films and videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the platform. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You may not use ShowMaker Studio to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When you publish content to Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms through ShowMaker Studio, you remain responsible for complying with those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines.

ShowMaker Studio offers optional SMS and WhatsApp notifications that tell you when a video render you started has finished. Enrollment is entirely voluntary and is available only from within your own account, at Settings → Profile & Notifications, where you must enter your own mobile number and tick a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

These messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not message a number that has not opted in through that flow. Message frequency varies, at approximately one message per completed render. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by clearing your phone number or unticking the notification checkbox in your account settings. For help, reply HELP or contact support@showmaker.studio. Your mobile number and your mobile opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy and the full programme description at showmaker.studio/sms.

Access to AI generation features requires purchasing credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription and credit pricing is displayed at checkout and may change with advance notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Foundry, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
