Data Deletion Request

If you connected your Instagram account to ShowMaker Studio and would like us to delete your data, you can do so using any of the methods below.
Option 1 — Email us
Send a deletion request to privacy@showmaker.studio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your ShowMaker Studio account. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Option 2 — Revoke access from Instagram
Go to your Instagram account → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → find ShowMaker Studio → Remove. This immediately revokes our access token. To also delete any stored data, follow up with an email to the address above.
What data we store
When you connect Instagram, we store an encrypted OAuth access token and your Instagram user ID. We do not store your Instagram posts, followers, or any other profile data. Deleting your data removes this token from our systems.
